For Jessica, the commitment and ambition of the students who participate in PENCIL’s programs are an unending source of inspiration. As the Associate Director of Career Readiness, she develops and manages the strategy and implementation of the Internship Program and Fellows Program. She enjoys the many facets of her role – strategic planning, program operations, student support, curriculum development and volunteer engagement. Jessica brings to the role over a decade of experience in program management, youth development and partnership stewardship with prior roles at the Center for Architecture Foundation and the Empire State Partnerships. Jessica went to public school in Maine, completed her BA in Art History at Haverford College and received her MPA from Baruch College. While she has lived in NYC for many years, she will always be a Mainer at heart.
